Shakshuka

Shakshuka

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Pure Harvest Shakshuka Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4-6 large eggs
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnishing
  • Crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Method

  1. 1. Heat Sauce

    In a large skillet, pour 1 jar of Pure Harvest Shakshuka Sauce and bring it to a simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2. Add Eggs

    Make small wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each well. Cover the skillet and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

  3. 3. Garnish and Serve

    Remove from heat, garnish with fresh basil or parsley, and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top if desired. Serve hot.
