Rose Thumbprint Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Pure Harvest Rose Strawberry Preserve

Method

  1. 1. Make the Dough

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Add the flour gradually and stir to combine until a dough forms.

  2. 2. Form Cookies

    Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make an indent in the center of each cookie using your thumb.

  3. 3. Add the Preserve

    Spoon a small amount of Pure Harvest Rose Strawberry Preserve into each indentation. Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden. Serve: Let cool before serving. Enjoy your sweet treats!
