Marinara Veggie Flatbreads

Ingredients
- • 2 flatbreads or pita bread
- • 1 tsp olive oil
- • 1 jar Pure Harvest Marinara Sauce
- • 1 cup mixed veggies (e.g., bell peppers, onions, zucchini, or spinach)
- • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- • Salt and pepper to taste
- • Fresh basil or arugula for garnish
Method
1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.

Spread the Pure Harvest Marinara Sauce evenly over each flatbread.

Top with mixed veggies and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6.
Remove from the oven, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh basil or arugula.
