Date Strawberry Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Pure Harvest Date Strawberry Preserve
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional for added sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or nuts (optional)

Method

  1. 1. Mix It Up

    In a large bowl, combine oats, almond butter, Pure Harvest Date Strawberry Preserve and chia seeds. Add honey and mix thoroughly.

  2. 2. Add Mix-ins

    Fold in chopped chocolate or nuts for extra texture.

  3. 3. Roll & Chill

    Scoop out small portions and roll into bite-sized balls. Refrigerate for at least 1hour to set

  4. 4. Serve

    Enjoy chilled or pack them as a midday energy boost.
